The page will not open
Check whether the error names a missing page or a connection problem. If the homepage opens but one bookmark does not, search the title again. Repeatedly refreshing an obsolete path will not bring that path back. If no page opens, test another ordinary website to find out whether the problem is specific to this address or the connection.
Search gives no results
Clear the filters before changing the title. A movie cannot match a TV-only filter. A production-country filter is not the same as your viewing country. Try a shorter title, the original title, or an actor’s name with Search in set to Cast. Add the year only when you know it.
The page opens, but posters do not
Artwork and text can load separately. Open the title using its text link, then reload once if the connection has recovered. A missing poster does not prove a movie has disappeared or that a video server is down.
Watch now opens, but playback fails later
The viewing service handles the player. Confirm the title, country, season and access option on that destination. If playback begins and then stops, lower quality if the player allows it and check whether the same problem affects another video. Keep the error message, device, browser and the time it happened when contacting that service.
Your saved list looks empty
Return to the same browser profile and address where you saved it. Private browsing, cleared site data or a different domain can show a different list. If you have a backup, merge it through My List. Avoid clearing more data while trying to recover a list.
